Almost everyone has an Internet or web presence these days. Countless social media sites, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, along with a myriad of other banking, email, health, and e-commerce sites have our information stored for the expressed purpose of providing or offering more services, linking you with your friends and family, and so on.

While these sites can make our lives easier and more convenient in our self-created hectic worlds, they also open us up to losing control of everything we provide to those sites. The results of losing your information can be embarrassing or financially devastating, and often somewhere in between.
